I began my real estate career in 1987, when I invested in my first Denver area home. I began renting it and since then, I have purchased and rented six other properties including a small apartment complex.
In 1993, I decided to become a realtor. I pursued my Broker’s license and went to working full time selling and investing in homes!
I married my wife, Kathy, in July 1993 and since then we have had a son and a daughter.
In August 2002, Denise Bretsch joined me as my assistant. She has been an outstanding assistant to my clients and myself.
I have listed and sold homes in almost all of the Front Range with my focus market being Parker / Aurora. I have worked hard to become a top-producing Broker in my office selling an average of over 40 homes each year!!

In a market where there are more real estate agents than house transactions, an agent you can depend on and trust is vital. Dave impressed us from the start. We visited one if his open houses and instantly knew we was “Our guy”.
From the onset, he was flexible and catered to our every request. In this market where patience is a virtue, Dave was more than patience with us. We studied and surveyed the market for 4 months.
